UPDATE # 11 - SUMMER 2001
Football
The school year has ended, and the summer workouts begin on May 21. We completed our last week of testing on May 11. Here are some of the top testers, with their camp goals, by position:

We also had our second annual "Strongman" competition. The events were:
- "The Load" - the guys had to pick up four 100 lbs plates, as well as 25's, 35's, and 45's, and place them 3 yards away on top of a 4 foot stage.
- "Farmers Walk" - the players had to pinch grip 45 lbs. plates, and walk with them during a 40 yard course.
- "Bar Hang" - The players had to hang from scaffolding for as long as possible.
- "Keg Toss" - the players threw an empty keg for distance.
- "Truck Push" the players pushed a Ford pickup truck 30 yards.
The position group winners were:

With the weather cooperating, our players had a great day to end the semester.
