We use these results, along with our sprint test to determine
our "strength and conditioning athlete of the year".
Each upperclassman is given personal goals to obtain upon returning
in the fall. We have set up a point system to award the athletes
for reaching or exceeding their personal goals. The athlete who
aquires the most points is the athlete of the year. We also award
the most impressive freshman lifter with a "Best Newcomer"
award.
