Update # 8 - Fall 2000

The players returned to camp for 2 weeks of pre-season training, and we did preliminary testing on the first day of camp. Our returners did a one rep max clean + jerk, a front squat, and our 40/20 yard sprint test. In this test, we took their spring 40/20 time, and added 0.5 (40) or 0.3 (20) to the total. They then had to run 10 sprints, completing each under the adjusted time. Each player had 30 seconds of rest between sprints. Here are some of the top veteran performances:
