Honors for Devils
FOUR PLAYERS NAMED TO ALL-MAC SQUAD
MADISON, NJ -- Four FDU-Madison baseball players earned
recognition by the Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic
Conference Freedom League today. Two were named to the first team,
while two others garnered second team honors.

Glenn Barker (Florham Park, NJ) made the
First Team of the MAC team. Glenn, a junior, is batting .377
with eight doubles, five triples, and one home run. |
| Senior shortstop Mike Passe (North Plainfield,
NJ) was also named to the All-MAC squad. Mike is hitting .446,
with 12 doubles, three triples, and five home runs. He set the
FDU record for career triples with 15. |

Senior outfielder Keith Gaub (North Plainfield
, NJ) was named to the All-MAC second team. Gaub has batted .328
with four doubles, three triples, and a home run. He has 23 stolen
bases in 24 attempts, setting the FDU single season record. His
40 career swipes puts him at sixth on the all time list. |
Freshman pitcher Chris Bartz (Madison, NJ) gained second
team honors in his first year of college baseball. The home-towner
did an outstanding job of pitching for the Devils in tough conference
games. He finished up the regular season with a 5-4 record, and
an ERA of 2.90. Bartz pitched 62 innings, striking out 44 while
only walking 18 batters.
