Men's Soccer Falls to Muhlenberg at Home

MADISON, N.J. – The FDU-Florham men's soccer team fell to Muhlenberg 6-1 Wednesday night at home.

DEVILS HIGHLIGHTS HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Muhlenberg controlled much of Wednesday's match as the Devils defense had few answers for the Mules' offense. Muhlenberg scored in the 30' and then again in the 32' when Saleen Daikite netted his first of the match on an assist from Sim Dorsey for the difference in the contest.
  • The Devils managed five shots in the first half, but only one on frame as the Mules led 2-0 headed into the second half. In the final 45:00 of the match, Muhlenberg found the back of the FDU net four more times before the Devils answered with their lone goal from Adame in the 89'.
GAME NOTES
  • Donetz matched his previous game saves total with seven
  • The last time FDU allowed six goals was last season's MAC Freedom Semifinal match against Lebanon Valley.
